Musetta is attending her first liquid democracy caucus to vote on behalf of thousands of friends and neighbors who trust her to make the right decision. However, her enthusiasm for the voting protocol is about to meet the harsh reality of lobbyists, influencers, and experts. Can she keep her values and find her voice?

This short story explores a possible Liquid Democracy protocol in which citizens have significantly more input on ballot propositions and lawmaking. It follow a high schooler who is attending a caucus to vote on a new proposition and finds herself confronted with the complicated relationships of delegates, experts, activists, and lobbyists.
